BlackSarcaztic Ban Appeal

Date of the ban: I do not have the date as i did not take notice of it.

Who were you banned by (please give whole name): Gamethan
Reason you were banned: Excessive pvp, greif and stealing.

Reason you think you should be unbanned: First, i would like to apologize to anybody i have annoyed, killed or disrespected. I am usually a kind and considerate player, i love helping others out with projects or just messing around but sometimes i get bored (like really bored :l) and i go around pvp others. As for the grief, Yes i have destroyed a few blocks to get to where i need to go or for a joke but i have always replaced them immediately with no harm intended.
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed): I don't have any, i caused a mess and i am guilty of that.
Witnesses to the banning: I am not sure of who was there, i know there was a few players on but i am not sure of there names.
Comments/questions/concerns: I am aware that i have been reported before for issues with players, but i promise i am a nice and respectful player. I go around giving gifts.

I feel perfectly fine with letting Black back on. He seems pretty nice and he should definitely get a second chance just for that. This is coming from the guy who got griefed, so unless there are any objections I'm gonna unban him.

In my opinion anyone that griefs that much and causes trouble that much should stay banned, even if it was a while ago. He knew what he was doing.

no, hes got a long history of griefing and trolling, especially when he thinks no ops are on, hes acts like a total ass. also theres lies in that appeal, "always puts blocks back", come on. dont unban this guy

As for the ban, Since gamethan issued it, he can make the call as to whether he's unbanned or not. I'd suggest looking up the previous threads involving blacksarcaztic before you make a decision gamethan.

I've never had any trouble with Black, but this is the second time he's been banned, and he was pretty immature with EpicLaser when he was reported.

michael i was directly involved as he was messing with me and pascal at the time just before banning.

He was somewhat of a dick who would PVP people, namely me, but, I wouldn't mind him coming back.
