Well you'd need to specify the kind of computer it is. (Mac/Pc) What operating system you have and if the blue screen happens as soon as you turn it on or it starts up fine.
Also if the blue screen has an error message. Feel free to add anything else you might think is important.

I have a desktop pc, it says it's a memory problem, i noticed that my pc says firefox has a high memory usage a lot, and most of the time it happens when i open firefox.

If you've used Firefox before without blue screening, reseat your ram, (take it out and put it back). Usually that's the only memory problem if it has worked before, can't tell without exact BS message

Boot into safemode with networking and run Combofix. If it happens still after that its either hardware or windows is really damaged.

I have had this issue before, do you have a nvidia gfx card?
If so, I would look for a new driver, or uninstall and reinstall current ones. |
