You can filter for "mike" to find these servers or join directly by opening your console with the tilde(~) key and typing:
"open chivalry-tp.mikes-revenge.net" or "open chivalry-ffa.mikes-revenge.net"

Server contains
Team Objective,
Capture The Flag,
King of the Hill,
Last Team Standing(removed to have faster map rotation),
Team Deathmatch gamemodes only on a rotation.
