To defend my point, I did not give only the mR guys weapons. I hid weapons around the map, with very little ammo supplied, and informed the TeamSpeak (those who happened to be the only players in the server, aside from what.. 1, maybe 2 non-mR players?) that the hunt was on. I realize Bell had hidden items around the map, though he put big shit out there. AR2s, EMP tools, etc.. I placed medicines, small arms, and storages. I didn't hand it out. The players had to find it themselves.

I do use, rather than abuse, observer mode. I use it to get around the map when players have issues (spawning inside eachother, some punchwhore [b& that guy]) and in last night's instance, while building.

Also gratz to the two OTA that tried to rapeface me, then cried that I was godmodding. Bell had the MPF suit armor set way too high, and as a general act of courtesy you shouldn't go full blast on someone using a physgun to position props.

Also, I lol'd so hard @ "Complain on the forums." when the forums belong to the community that uses the server, and the player told to do so is a community and forum admin.

I'm in noclip most of the time, however no one notices me unless I want them to know. As for Atrioc and Bell, if you guys are in noclip, no one is noticing or complaining about it.

I hate pointing fingers or assigning blame, so I won't. I do notice when some of the admins get involved the whole server goes to shit fast. If I could go back and reset attitudes and expectations I would.

From what I've seen you guys are great, you run a great server and you all know how to RP VERY WELL, including Audio. Way better than me anyways. To be 100% honest I don't have much experience in RP or even running a RP server, but I'm learning! I think we need to set some expectations as far as when players can expect to see from the Administration Team in game.

From what I can tell from this thread, and simply watching shit in observer mode, is we need WAY less metagaming (this goes for my guys mainly) and we need admins to essentially let shit ride until there is a problem. Trying to enforce Super Strict Serious RP may not be the best way to approach this, and I'm my opinion that is fine. As long as shit doesn't get way out of hand let it ride.

And if that isn't the type if server you guys want to run that is fine too. This is why we are talking about it.

I'm an outside observer on this one, Have not even joined the server, so forgive me if I am mistaken, but it looks as though the classic mistake of having Civil protection also be admins. The line between IC authority and OOC authority inevitably blurs. honestly, if admins are going to join the RP at all, it should probably be as powerless civilians, rather than one of the warring factions.

What just happened: tl: dr Rebel faction(that was already in place) kicked out the mR made faction of rebels. mR buttmad and rage quit.
