Lets have fun this time, try not to get too dramatic
but at the same time keep things semi serious.

The Silent Hills Rp
===============
Due to unforseen events of stupidity and failure on the 401st Armada of metro police.
City 8 Canals was taken by Rebels
City 8 was demolished by citadel self destruction
City 11 was overrun by rebels
City 23 was breached and overrun by civilians
The Combine Overlords were not pleased by the constant failure of the armada, so in one more desperate attempt to give the decent unfortunate units of the armada a chance to redeem, they were assigned to The Silent Hills.
With most of the units executed at the last city and event before-hand (Not enough information), recruitment was required.
The Silent Hills is a small city buried in northern America (Mind you most is wrecked from resource harvesting) covered in thick fog.
The town is mostly intact and the civilians living there have a little bit of a easier life then in big cities.
Aside from one thing... Zombies.

The Necrotic Infestation Zone
======================
One third of the town is barricaded and locked down by the MPD (Metro Police Department) to prevent the infectious headcrabs from converting the entire populace.
You'll know what section is barricaded by the giant combine walls and blockades.
A warning, civilians sighted inside the zone will be terminated by MPD units
You have been warned.
At the same time, MPD's are not allowed to enter the zone without the order of SeC.
It is most likely the infectious will kill any civilian that goes there.

Ravenholm
========
The rebel territory on the other side of the Necrotic Infectious Zone.
Rebels are harsh in The Silent Hills
They don't allow every citizen that makes their way to them to live with them.
They have a decent amount of land and tech to keep them occupied, mainly because of the dangers of the zone that keep both MPD and Civilians away.

The Black Market
=============
There is a black market, and it is located somewhere inside the zone.
Clive, control's the black market.
He also won't sell to just anybody.
A notice, MPD's will NEVER discover the location of the black market by order of this RP.
If we should decide an event that involves the destruction of the base of the black market, it will be done by myself and clive.
Weapon trade and flow should be maintained a lot better now due to prices and making the BM a more complex setup.
A few things to mention.
Rebels, please act like Rebels.
Metro Police, please read my guide.
Civilians, try not to parkour too much.
If you are interested in being a Metro Cop, post here and reasons why.
I'd like less idiot cops, or at least try.
Also as for rebel leader.
Lets see who has the leadership and strength to unite civilians.
