For when I try to remotely fix your install etc..

use this method.


1. goto www.teamviewer.com
2. download Join Quick support link
3. run it, theres no install
4. give the ID and password to glic or who ever is helping you.
5. they will remotely conenct and fix the install and pre-requisities
